Cancellation

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start of the service, a cancellation fee amounting to 100% of the total agreed price will be charged.
If a booked service does not take place (e.g., due to double booking, illness, event cancellation, etc.) and our company is not notified in writing—or is not notified in a timely manner—we will charge a cancellation fee equal to the total agreed price for transfers, and 30% for any other type of service.

Payment

Our company reserves the right to require a deposit of up to 30% of the total agreed price or cost estimate upon placement of the order.
